Job Description / Responsibility

Promote and sell products, and other agro inputs.
Visit farms, agro-stores, and markets to build relationships and drive sales.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate farmers on proper usage.
Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing ,Economics, or related field.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales & Marketing will get preference.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
2–3 years of sales experience in Agro products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with rural markets and agricultural cycles.
Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field.
