Job Description / Responsibility
  • Service Management & Strategic Planning: Oversee individual service activities, set performance goals, and implement strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison among clients, farmers, livestock firms, vendors, and AI technicians, fostering strong professional relationships through regular meetings and effective communication.
  • Market Research & Sales Achievement: Conduct market analysis to build client relationships and achieve sales targets, while exploring opportunities to expand services into new regions.
  • Inventory & Information Management: Monitor product stock levels regularly to ensure sales continuity, and stay updated on company performance and customer data.
  • Industry Awareness & Representation: Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and professional events to stay informed on industry trends and represent the company’s interests.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Livestock, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Livestock
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
