Job Description / Responsibility
  • This role involves extensive field visits and direct interactions with farmers and dealers. Travel and outdoor work in rural /agricultural settings are routine.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for cattle feed products in the assigned territory.
  • Provide support to existing dealers to enhance their business performance and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and influencers in the dairy and livestock sector.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
  • Identify and explore new markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities.
  • Gather insights on competitor activity, product performance, and market trends.
  • Share relevant market intelligence with the reporting manager for strategic planning.
  • Submit accurate daily sales updates and dealer visit reports.
  • Prepare and share monthly sales performance reports and farm trial results.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and field activities.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure timely product supply and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives in the territory.

Educational Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Dairy

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Female Candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Sales & Marketing experience in the animal Feed industry will get preference.
  • Can ride motor-cycle.
  • Hardworking & energetic Flexible and adaptive to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
  • Good Technical Knowledge Minimum computer literacy
