Job Description / Responsibility

- Role Overview: We are seeking some proactive, dynamic and skilled salesman to join our field force of Aqua Medicine Department.
- This role is ideal for someone who has the ability to-
- Achieve sales objectives through the generation of prescriptions & creates new aqua markets.
- Prepare proper target achievement strategy & achieve monthly, sessional & annual sales & collection target.
- Prepare product wise sales target forecast monthly and sessional & fullfill the productwise sales target according to forecast.
- Provide market feedback & competitors activities to management.
- Provide daily sales & collection report, farm visit report to the reporting authority.
- Create new clients/distributor of aqua medicine according to company policy with maintaining sustainable business environment.
- Organize GD & Seminar and effectively communicate aqua product information to farmers and distributors with ensure proper technical support.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries, Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 40 years
- Educational background and age can be considered if someone have 5 years or more experience in aqua medicine sales.
- Person must having own motorcycle with smooth driving skill for work. Servicing bill will be provided as per company policy.
