Job Description / Responsibility

- Responsibilities & Context
- Promote and sell products, and other agro inputs.
- Visit farms/field agro-stores, and markets to build relationships and drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate farmers on proper usage.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities, Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key potential clients and govt. agencies.
- Provide technical support and delivery presentations/ training sessions to clients/farmers
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback to refine and optimize the strategy.
- Ensure timely reporting , updates and sales forecasting.
- Prepare annual budget for marketing campaign.
- Strong technical knowledge in fertilizer production process.
- Self-motivate with the ability to work independently and travel regularly.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales & Marketing will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Amusement Park, Convention center
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 24 to 35 years
- 2–3 years of sales experience in Agro products preferably in fertilizer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with rural markets and agricultural cycles.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field.
