Job Description / Responsibility

Remi Farms Ltd, a sister concern of Bitopi Group, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our team as Manager - Farm Operations at our facility in Trishal, Mymensingh.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the business towards achieving profit targets and overall business goals.
Apply in-depth knowledge in fisheries to manage and maintain pond operations efficiently.
Maintain proper records of all farm-related activities and generate detailed reports for management review.
Build and sustain effective communication and professional relationships with Forest Division, Fisheries Division, and Tax Departments in both Dhaka and Mymensingh.
Ensure smooth administrative operations across the farm and related units.
Maintain accurate documentation and databases using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Deliver impactful presentations and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery, Agro based Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 50 years
Proven experience in handling fish ponds and related operations.
Strong administrative capabilities with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Effective leadership with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong presentation skills and ability to represent the organization professionally.
