Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context: Offshore Clipping seeks an experienced, dynamic, and personable international project management executive to join our team. Apply only if you have excellent communication skills in English. Apply if you like building communication & maintaining a good relationship with international clients. We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated and dedicated individuals for project handling.
- Morning Shift: 10.00AM to 8.00PM (Bangladesh time)
- Evening shift: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Bangladesh time)
- Night shift: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Bangladesh time)
- Job responsibilities:
- Develop & maintain strong business relationships with clients through regular communication & meetings.
- Communicate with clients on a daily basis via email/verbally and maintain the workflow of client projects.
- Maintain individual client projects by following their requirements and getting it done by the help of the Production Dept.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients – addressing inquiries, solving issues, ensuring their needs are fulfilled.
- Coordinate with Production dept to ensure timely & accurate delivery deadlines are met as per the client’s requirements.
- Monitor & evaluate workflow for each client – what we can improve to maintain the standard of the services.
- Prepare a report of the client’s workflow on a daily basis & maintain it each month.
- Identify opportunities for improvements & implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and get them on board.
- Monthly Invoices should be done for each individual client.Searching for new targeted leads.
- Perform operational tasks assigned by the supervisor or higher authority.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- BBA/MBA (Marketing/Sales Field).
- NSU, IUB, BRAC, AIUB, East West Graduate/IELTS Band Score 6 is preferable.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, Call Center
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Project management, communication with international clients.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.Strong multitasking, presentation, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
- International Customer Support.
- Proven experience as an International Client Service Executive or International Client Relationship Executive.
- Must be able to work in work pressure.
- Multi-tasker (able to speak and write at the same time).
- Results-oriented with no excuses
