Job Description / Responsibility
  • We are a UK based Call Centre. We are looking for the right person to join our international National Call Centre team as a Customer Service Representative.
  • The ideal candidate must be fluent in English communication, have good computer skills, and good team player. A minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Centre is preferable.
  • Shift: Night Shifts Only (4 nights in a week)
  • Shift Start From: 8:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service over the phone.
  • Managing communication with clients via Email and WhatsApp
  • Communicating with other offices
  • Working with other colleagues.

Educational Requirements
  • A Level
  • Candidate must have an Undergraduate Degree or GCSE A Level
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 24 years
  • Must be fluent in English and have good skill in computer
  • 1 year of experience in a call center is preferable.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skill in English Language and Basic computing knowledge with good typing skill.
