Job Description / Responsibility
  • Role – Customer Support Executive
  • Modality – Full-Time (Saturday to Thursday; 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM)
  • Brief About the Role:
  • As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the bridge between Our Company and our customers. Your first responsibility is ensuring our customers have a positive and smooth experience. You'll be the primary contact point for our customers, resolving their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and building positive relationships.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Talking with potential customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Following all the instructions carefully and providing timely updates to the team lead regularly.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information related to the company, its students, and its operations.
  • Address potential students and parents courteously; avoid pressure tactics or creating unrealistic expectations.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about our services. Avoid misleading or deceptive sales practices.
  • Update databases every day. Maintaining sales data.
  • Maintain delivery responsibilities and communication with our delivery partner.

Educational Requirements
  • Higher Secondary
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Supply Chain, Call Center, Coaching Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 18 to 30 years
  • 1 year of customer service / telesales job experience in the EdTech sector is preferable.
  • Strong Convincing Ability.
  • Good English & Bangla typing speed.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Telesales experience.
  • Ability to make timely and correct decisions.
  • Proficient in computer operation and internet browsing.
  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must agree to work according to the assigned work hours.
