Job Description / Responsibility
  • Office Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 ๐๐Œ ๐ญ๐จ 5:00 A๐Œ ๐๐ˆ๐†๐‡๐“ ๐’๐‡๐ˆ๐…๐“)
  • ๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‰๐จ๐› ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
  • Candidates have to make outbound calls to the USA or Canada.
  • Learn details about our service.
  • Offer solutions based on the client's needs and capabilities.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different situations or topics.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Educational Requirements
  • O Level, A Level, HSC, Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
