Online Call Team Member - WFH (Female)

Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and assess their needs.
Work with sales and marketing teams to create effective outreach plans.
Meet monthly sales goals to support company growth objectives.
Maintain high service standards during client interactions.
Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by management.
Document customer interactions accurately and manage the sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
Workable on 12 Hours shifting 10am - 10pm GMT+6, 2 hour for lunch & short break.
Able to start work Immediately
Probation period 3 months

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
Have a computer or laptop at home and a stable internet connection
No students or part-time candidates will be considered for this role.

Salary Range

Tk. 35000 - 38000 (Monthly)

Other Benefits

1 rest day a week. Wages during probation is TAKA38000 per month (Paid twice a month).
