Job Description / Responsibility
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently.
- Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls related to the customer in a very effective manner adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Communicating with them through various communication channel channels, including email, social media, phone, or SMS.
- Provide accurate service, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Assist them if they are facing a problem and troubleshoot it. Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints via call.
- Use outbound calls to reach out to clients and verify service.
- Provide real-time assistance to the executives, especially new ones.
- Fostering a healthy relationship between the client and the customer.
- It is important to have the ability to handle any situation.
- Implements quality, and customer-service standards.
- Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Collecting positive reviews from clients.
- Daily drop call back.
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Consulting Firms, Call Center
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Must have the experience to work on CRM.
- Must have computer skill.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
