Job Description / Responsibility

Location: House 4, Mohammadi Main Rd, Mohammadpur, Dhaka-1207
Job Type: Full-Time (6 days/week)
Shifts: 12 PM – 9 PM AND 1 PM – 10 PM
Probation Period: 3 months

What You’ll Be Doing
Be the first point of contact for pet owners—greet, guide, and assist them
Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
Map customers to the right vets and assistants based on their pet’s needs

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At most 1 year

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 35 years
1 year preferred — but freshers are encouraged to apply!
Empathy for animals – If pets aren’t your thing, this isn’t the job for you
Strong communication skills – You’ll be speaking to worried or confused pet owners
Customer service mindset – Friendly, approachable, and helpful energy is key
Problem-solving attitude – Things won’t always go to plan, and that’s okay
Ability to multitask – Some days will be packed, but you’ll need to stay calm and focused
Attention to detail – Payments, records, and scheduling must be accurate
Comfort in a fast-growing team – We’re evolving, and you’ll grow with us
