Job Description / Responsibility

Greet and assist visitors professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience.
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, taking messages when necessary.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
Maintain records of visitor logs and call logs.
Schedule and confirm meetings for management and relevant departments.
Ensure meeting rooms are prepared with necessary arrangements.
Maintain and update front desk records and official databases.
Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.
Monitor and control access to office premises, following security protocols.
Ensure compliance with company policies and visitor guidelines.
Experience in handling corporate visitors and executives.
Prior experience in hospitality or administrative support.
