Job Description / Responsibility
  • Lead the Sales & Marketing department to meet and exceed sales targets, providing strategies to target sales.
  • Communication with clients over the phone, Facebook, WhatsApp, Drive marketing initiatives to boost company visibility and engagement with clients.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract potential B2B agents.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless agent onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Report on sales performance, market trends, and business growth opportunities.
  • Receive guests and visitors and inform concerned persons.
  • Answer phone calls, route calls, and take messages properly.
  • Maintain visitor logbooks and keep the reception area neat & clean.
  • Provide support to HR/admin if required.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Airline, Group of Companies, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing
