Job Description / Responsibility

A reputed spinning concern export-oriented group of companies, looking for a professional as follows:
Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as instructed by the MD.
Attend meetings (as required) and take accurate notes/minutes.
Act as the first point of contact for the MD with internal staff and external parties.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Assist in project coordination and follow-ups on tasks assigned by the MD.
Monitor and filter emails, and prepare draft responses for the MD.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the MD to support daily business operations.
The PA must ensure smooth coordination between the MD and all internal and external stakeholders.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors, Masters

1 to 3 years
