Job Description / Responsibility

This is a permanent job, upon satisfactory completion of probation period of 6 to 12 months depending upon performance of the job seeker.
Attend and make phone calls.
Operate PABX system.
Greet guests.
Prepare daily in and out guests reports.
Receive documents and maintain register of documents received.
Do secretarial jobs like:- Filing documents. Drafting correspondence. Scheduling appointments. Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files. Providing information to callers. Store Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Furniture

Additional Job Requirements

Age 21 to 35 years
The candidate must be good in spoken and written English.
Candidate should have the ability to browse the internet and receive and send emails.
Candidate should also have knowledge of MS Office (Bangla & English Typing).
Office location will be Purana Paltan, Dhaka.
Office timings will be 09.30am to 07.00pm
Experience in this field will be given more priority for selection.
