- Job Summary:
- Ambala Electronics is a fast growing renowned electronics company. The Branch Manager will oversee all operations of the Electronics Display Center, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales and financial targets. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for electronics, strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations, including inventory management, display setup, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Monitor and optimize branch performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Foster a customer-centric environment, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote a collaborative and motivated work culture.
- Prepare and manage branch budgets and financial reports.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Develop forecasts and business plans to meet financial objectives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders.
- Represent the branch at industry events and networking opportunities.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 24 to 40 years
- Proven experience in branch management, preferably in the electronics or retail sales sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with inventory management systems,
- MS Office Suite & other software,
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Retail Store,
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
