Job Description / Responsibility

Assist students and guardians with information regarding international study options, admission processes, and visa applications.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and maintain regular follow-ups.
Support in organizing educational seminars, fairs, and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and documentation.
Collaborate with senior counsellors and the marketing team as needed.
Provide assistance during student orientation and training programs.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or any relevant subject from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age 23 to 30 years
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in counseling or customer service will be considered as an added advantage.
