Job Description / Responsibility

Jamia Rawjatul Uloom Dhaka Lil Atfal is a unique Qawmi Madrasa that combines a dual curriculum— Qawmi and Cambridge International—designed to reflect Islamic values.
We are currently seeking dedicated and qualified educators with an English-medium academic and teaching background to teach Business Subjects (Accounting, Business Studies, Economics) along with English Language to our middle school students.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach engaging and conceptually sound lessons in Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, and English Language, in line with the Cambridge syllabus and the institution’s objectives.
Develop and implement lesson plans, classwork, homework, and assessments that support student learning and growth.
Continuously evaluate and improve the curriculum to meet the academic goals of the institution and the evolving needs of students.
Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff development workshops, and other school activities.
Foster a learning environment that upholds academic excellence while nurturing Islamic morals and discipline.
