Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities and Context:
Conduct daily Hifz classes with individual and group recitation sessions, ensuring correct memorization, Tajweed, and pronunciation.
Create personalized memorization plans for students based on their capacity, and monitor their daily progress with proper documentation.
Review previously memorized portions (Muraja'ah) regularly and assess retention levels to maintain the quality of Hifz.
Instill a love for the Qur’an and Islamic values in students through mentorship, motivation, and moral guidance.
Work collaboratively with other Islamic Studies staff to integrate Qur'anic values into the broader school curriculum and Islamic environment.
Participate in school activities and Da’wah efforts, including Qur’an competitions, parent sessions, and promotional events of Ilham Dhaka International School.

Educational Requirements

Kamil (Madrasah)
Hafiz/Qari from a reputed institution.

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 32 years
Age: Not more than 32 years [May be relaxed for experienced candidates]
Candidates must be computer literate and have basic communication skills in Arabic and English.
Candidates who have Master’s/Kamil/4-year Hons./Fadil/Dawrah or equivalent degree and Prior teaching experience in an English medium school/Hifzul Qur’an Madrasah will be given preference.
