Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise the overall functions of the Factory.
Ensure the quality of the finished goods and raw materials is within the acceptable quality norms and standards.
Ensure the product is within targeted efficiency parameters.
Assist in developing & implementing SOP for the smooth operation of the factory, and also help to provide necessary data for Raw materials planning.Coordinate and monitor machine maintenance and job planning.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of market orders, maintaining seamless coordination between sales, inventory, and logistics teams to meet customer demand and optimize supply chain efficiency.
Ensure the sustainable, smooth, and efficient operation of the factory by optimizing production processes, minimizing waste, maintaining compliance, and fostering a safe, productive work environment.
Any other job assigned by Management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Packaging Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
The candidate should be experienced in operating single-stage and double-stage machines with sound experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and knowledge about PLC. should have a minimum knowledge of VAT & Managing Store, etc. At least 3-4 years' working experience in the same position.
