Job Description / Responsibility
  • The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the overall factory management & production related activities effectively & efficiently.
  • The Candidate should have adequate knowledge of beverage all products CSD, Energy drinks, hot fill products etc.
  • The candidate should have knowledge of effective & efficient organogram.
  • The Candidate should have adequate knowledge on Vat, Store , security, administration, maintenance, production and product quality.
  • To ensure consistent monitoring of day-to-day quality, production, work in progress leading to continuous improvements.
  • Manpower budgeting and allocations as per future planning.
  • Provide vision for different products to create benefits and value proposition for a customer, which in turn will translate into revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and design beverage products portfolio strategy to sustain competitive advantage and market leadership in the international beverage industry.
  • Reporting factory performance to the Board of Directors monthly.
  • Coordination and integration at all departments to ensure smooth operation.
  • Develop, review, get approval and execute products pricing strategy to ensure maximize profit margin with the export buyer.
  • Able to lead the team of product management towards achieving of overall targets.
  • Process improvements and innovations to reduce minute value.
  • To manage & maintain constant supply chain.
  • Ensure all tasks in all departments are done according to SOP.
  • Basic knowledge on ERP system, kaizen, six sigma, lean manufacturing, 4th industrial revolution, process automation and industrial engineering.
  • Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
  • Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
  • Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
  • Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
  • Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance & training to build up competence & awareness of company stuff.
  • Promote the R & D work.
  • Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
  • Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
  • Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
  • Develop & review Quality & safety policies & manager may meet with other supervisors & inspect facilities for compliance with standards, determining methods to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Conduct Quality based internal audits.
  • Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
  • Gaining feedback from the customers & respond to any complaints, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
  • Implementation of local regulatory standards & international standards (ISO 22000:2005, ISO9001:2015, GMP & HACCP).Lead the salaried Quality professionals to ensure effective application of quality management techniques.
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist the team to solve operational issues.
  • Motivate team members to achieve plan goals.
  • Identify and lead efforts of product/process quality and cost management opportunities to achieve productivity gains.
  • Serve as a key statistical resource.
  • Verify product and process improvements through the implementation and analysis of statistically designed experiments and capability studies.
  • Design and implement programs to monitor calibration and accuracy of all analytical procedures and equipment in the plant.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
  • M. Sc Mechanical Engineering/ B.Sc in Mechanical engineering/ B.Sc in Chemical engineering/ M.Sc in Food Technology from any public University.
Experience Requirements
  • 15 to 20 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 35 to 48 years
  • The candidate must have experience as DGM/ GM reputed beverage industries for at least 05 years.
  • Working in Food & Beverage industries will get preference.
  • Experience on preparing quality documentation, quality SOP and capable/experience on facing technical audit.
  • Should be capable to ensure the product quality·
  • Capable or must have experience on facing technical audit.
  • Should have vast knowledge on preparing Quality SOP.
  • Must have good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English.
