Job Description / Responsibility
- Set production targets and develop strategic planning schedules.
- Develop targets and plan production schedules to meet operational goals.
- Overall supervision of plant, machinery, Maintenance, vehicle routing, quality control etc. Monitor Day-to-day program scheduling for deliveries to various sites.
- Assisting entire operation of the plant and machinery with full technical support.
- Provides complete support for the promotion of sales to achieve the desired target.
- Coordinates the overall maintenance activities through planning and communication with peers, team members, customers (internal and external), suppliers and technical staff.
- Responsible for implementing a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment in an efficient, safe operating manner.
- Follows through with daily checks for accuracy and progress.
- Assure compliance with all safety programs.
- Inspection of concrete molds and setup.
- Ensure smooth operation through strong coordination with cross-functional departments (Logistics & Distribution, Sales, Quality etc.)
- Monitor all activities of the plant regularly.
- Be the CEO’s representative in the plant and maintain communication to ensure a smooth operation & solve problems
- Contribute to all development activities of the plant assigned by CEO
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- M.Sc. in relevant field, MBA will be an added advatange
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Cement Industry, Steel
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 32 years
- Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in a relevant role in RMC industry is highly preferred
- Having experience in Construction, Ready-mix Concrete verticals, Cement & Real-Estate.
- Age at least 32-42 years.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Should be honest and hard working
- Negotiation skill.
- Good communication skill.
- Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
- Leadership skill.
- Administrative skill.
- Time management skill.
- Must be able to use Google workspace, Excel
- Good command in Bengali and English.
