Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Location: Fantasy Kingdom Complex, Savar-Dhaka.
- Look after the overall operational activities of Water Kingdom , Fantasy Kingdom Complex.
- Monitor the timely performance of the employees assigned to the job.
- Closely monitor the smooth operation of all Rides, and KIOSKs and ensure proper and regular maintenance.
- Monitor & ensure operational safety of every Ride and other equipment’s of the park.
- Study the Visitors Comment Register on a regular basis and suggest appropriate action on visitors' comments/ideas/complaints etc. as deemed appropriate. Occasionally talk to the general visitors personally to know about their impression and comments about our Park, Product & services.
- Monitor & ensure strict compliance with all operations related policies & procedures across the Park.
- Contribute management to maintain close contact & effective liaison with different govt./semi-govt./private organizations on various issues.
- Ensure maintenance of cleanliness, tidiness & hygienic environment of the operational areas of the park at all times.
- Contribute to management of FKC in maintaining proper safety & security of the Park.
- Monitor punctuality and attendance of park employees.
- Maintain a checklist of all Rides, Equipment’s, Machineries, Generator, and other relevant items for proper monitoring of repair, maintenance, and smooth functioning.
- Ensure obtaining and time-to-time renewal of all licenses/permission/certificates from the concerned govt. authority required for the operation of the park.
- Motivate and boost the morale of the employees of the operational department through close interaction and briefing their contribution to the park operation.

- Group of Companies, Resort, Motel, Amusement Park
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 40 years
- Ability to work under pressure.
- The candidate should be efficient and independent in making correspondence both in English & Bengali.
- Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner;
