Job Description / Responsibility
- About Us:
- We’re a growing 3D service agency specializing in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering for high-end product visualization and immersive experiences. Our passionate team delivers top-tier visuals across industries, and we’re on the hunt for an experienced 3D Lead Artist to guide our talented crew and manage production flow.
- Role Overview:
- As our 3D Lead Artist, you’ll play a dual role as a team leader and production manager—driving creative excellence while ensuring deadlines are met. You'll actively support production as a senior artist and mentor team members to level up their craft.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and mentor the 3D team (modeling, texturing, rendering)
- Manage project pipelines, deadlines, and quality control
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to align goals
- Handle task assignment, progress tracking, and performance feedback
- Participate in production as a senior artist when needed
- Ensure consistent visual quality and technical standards
- Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Design/Printing/Publishing, IT Enabled Service, Interior Design
Additional Job Requirements
- Strong portfolio in modeling, texturing, and rendering (product-focused is a plus)
- Must have working expertise on 3ds Max, Substance Painter, Corona, Photoshop, Illustrator
- You should have knowledge of Zbrush, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, Marvelous Designer, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. (Other tools are a bonus)
- Leadership/management experience in a studio or agency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities smoothly
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
