Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operation and Product Listing Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations related to product listings, pricing, vendor management, and digital marketing campaigns in the e-commerce marketplace.
- Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze product data to optimize listings and online presence.
- Handle product pricing and ensure accurate data entries.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers.
- Research new opportunities in online markets for product growth.
- Manage daily operations through Excel spreadsheets and related tools.
- Plan and execute creative digital marketing campaigns.
- Use Photoshop to design or modify product images.
- Ensure fast typing speed for data entry tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internet e-commerce marketplaces.
- Stay dedicated to tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Understand and utilize basic programming languages (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, PHP, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, etc.).
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors, Diploma in Engineering, Masters
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience is also welcomed.
- Preferred Professional Certifications:
- Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Software Company, Engineering Firms, E-commerce, E-commerce Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 33 years
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for product image editing.
- Strong computer operating knowledge and experience with various software.
- Good command of English (both written and verbal).
- Expertise in data entry and internet browsing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketing strategies.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel).
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in Adobe Photoshop, data entry, e-commerce marketing, or computer operation.
- Experience in BPO, data entry firms, e-commerce, or overseas companies is preferred.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must pass employability skills tests:
- Microsoft Excel proficiency test
- Microsoft Word typing speed test
- Photoshop proficiency test
- Must have a personal laptop to perform job tasks.
- Basic knowledge of computer programming (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, PHP, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, etc.)
