  • We are hiring a fluent Chinese-speaking Factory Interpreter to serve as a communication bridge between Chinese engineers/management and local workers. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate translation of work instructions and contribute to smooth factory operations. 我们正在招聘一名精通中文的工厂翻译，作为中国工程师/管理层与当地工人之间的沟通桥梁。理想候选人应能够准确传达工作内容，协助保障生产顺利进行。
  • Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
  • Translate technical instructions and daily work tasks from Chinese engineers to local workers 将中方工程师的技术指令和工作任务准确翻译并传达给工人
  • Assist in daily communication between Chinese management and local production teams 协助中方管理层与当地团队的日常沟通
  • Support production implementation by ensuring clear understanding of tasks by all workers 协助推进生产，确保工人明确工作内容
  • Help manage and monitor on-site workflow to ensure production runs smoothly 协助管理并监督现场工作流程，确保生产顺利
  • Report communication or workflow issues and support problem resolution 及时汇报沟通或流程问题，并协助解决
  • Provide cultural and language support to build a respectful and effective team environment 提供文化与语言支持，促进高效、尊重的团队氛围

  • Qualifications / 任职要求Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) 中文和英文流利，听说读写能力强

  • Fast learner, adaptable, and mentally resilient 反应快，适应能力强，抗压能力好
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company 有意愿学习新知识，与公司共同成长
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred 有制造业或工厂经验者优先
