Job Description / Responsibility
- Quality Control (QC) Inspector in a plastic manufacturing company ensures that raw materials and finished products meet quality standards and specifications. This role involves meticulous inspection, testing, and documentation to maintain product integrity and prevent defects. The inspector works with various manufacturing processes and equipment, collaborating with other departments to address quality issues.
- Key to Responsibility :
- Inspection and Testing: Thoroughly inspect raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products using visual, dimensional, and other testing methods.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, noting any deviations or defects found, ensuring proper traceability and quality control.
- Data Collection: Gather data, read dials and meters on equipment, and compute findings to verify the functionality of machinery according to specifications.
- Problem Solving: Identify and report quality issues to supervisors and collaborate on corrective actions to address and prevent recurrence.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to inspection processes, workflows, and equipment to enhance overall quality.
- Adherence to Standards: Ensure adherence to quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Safety: Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols during inspections and production activities.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on quality regulations and best practices within the plastic manufacturing industry.

- Age 25 to 35 years
- Qualification :
- Familiarity with quality standards and processes to follow federal, state, and local regulations.Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings, and status reports.
- Knowledge of the product to perform accurate quality control.
- Attention to detail Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws.
- Interpersonal skills:
- Ability to handle stress.
- Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards.
- Plastic Injection Molding, PET Injection Moulding & Blow Moulding background.
