Job Description / Responsibility

Obtain U.P regularly from Customs Bond Commissionerate.
Maintain documents Into-Bond, Ex-Bond & updating bond register at Bond Commissionerate.
To work for annual audit & renewal bond license.
Update stock statement of bonded materials on regular basis.
Prepare and get PRC & NOC from related bank.
Work with NBR regarding import and bond license.
Scrutinize LC & SC with required amendment to perform business.
Ensure clean LC and monitor shipment with stipulated timeframe.
Database maintaining and ERP module update for daily basis Bank acceptance and payments.
Daily data-based recording of Bank Trisection in every steps.
Performing day to day reporting and update Zone Leader with clean PA reporting mechanism Submit export document/bill of exchange to the Bank with required papers (Bill of Entry/Mushok) complying the LC/SC terms and conditions Related task assigned by the management Audit, Bill of Lading and other shipping documents, Certificate of Origin and undertaking, Bond License, Vessel Schedule, Invoice, Packing list, UP, UD, GSP, EXP, BGMEA, NBR, CASH INCENTIVE & other delegates etc.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors, Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
