Job Description / Responsibility
- Sourcing
- Sourcing of Garments Accessories and Trim suppliers to support production as per Requisition.
- Sourcing supplier of all the Branding packaging accessories.
- Sourcing of Outlet Equipment products & suppliers for Regular Procurement.
- Negotiation
- Negotiating the price of all accessories and trims procurement.
- Negotiating the price of all the printing and branding materials purchases.
- Negotiating the terms and conditions during procurement.
- Procurement
- Procurement of all the local raw materials (Fabrics, Accessories, Trims, Packaging Items, Etc).
- Procurement of services and ready items for outlet opening operations.
- Forecasting
- Forecast the season-wise demand to support production and manage a safety stock in MCD.
- Forecast the cost of procurement and negotiate with finance to arrange the fund.
- Forecasting the requirement of Finishing Materials and Branding packing materials.
- Controlling procurement
- Controlling stockpile through new procurement.
- Reviewing purchase requisitions & assessing the requirement of procurement.
- Ensuring procured raw materials and goods at MCD are consumed before proceeding to new procurement.
- Payment and Planning
- Preparing payment plans and making payment of sailor all Raw materials procurement & all production bills.
- Preparing payment plans for and making payments to local parties.
- Preparing claims for business loss incurred through quality failures and other issues.
- Data Recording and analysis
- Preparation of PO/WO, managing bills receiving & payment ledger, quotation, CS ,savings database.
- Analyzing production patterns and forecasting the demand plan of procurement.
- Management Reporting
- Preparing Monthly Payment report required by Group Finance to proceed for payment.
Educational Requirements
- MBA in Supply Chain or Masters in any discipline from any reputed Public/Private University.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
