Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context:
  • The post involves caretaking duties of the whole building. You would be expected to visit the building morning and night for checking of all gates, outside electric lines, keep all grounds tidy and dust free, ensure inside and outside of buildings are well stocked and presentable. Conduct minor repairs, various regular cleaning duties, move desks, chairs, boxes, changing light bulbs etc walk around the buildings ensuring the buildings are safe and tidy doing regular checks of high footfall. A good service character is essential and a can do, proactive, energetic attitude towards your work and people is a must.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of all other employees/security personal assigned to the building.
  • Accounting.
  • Meeting regulations writing.
  • Purchases of projects material.
  • Bank statement maintenance.
  • Project Material receive.
  • Generating cash expense bills.
  • Knowledge of construction.
  • Submitting water, Electricity bill, Gas and other utility bill..
  • And issuing checks.

Educational Requirements
  • HSC
  • Minimum HSC Pass.
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • Proven work experience as Property Manager
  • A can do, proactive, energetic attitude towards your work and people is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail,
  • You need to be a strong team player, prepared to get your hands dirty
  • A 'make it happen', positive, energetic attitude to your day-to-day work
  • A desire to make a difference every day.
  • Candidate must be need nonsmoker and drug free
  • Candidate must be followed Orders/Instructions of building authority
