Job Description / Responsibility

Should know about Land purchase, Registration, Land Law, ensure update of all land-related documents including deeds, land tax, porcha, Khatian, mutation, etc.
Do Land Development Works by Sand filling by Dredger Earth filling by Trucks
Keep liaison with RAJUK to get the Land Project Plan approval
Keep Larson with DCC, WASA, and DESCO to get the infrastructure work done within the project
Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sale of Land/Plot
To solve land-related problems such as Court cases and Adverse possession of the Company's land by others
To prepare monthly Progress Report and Communicate with the Management to their satisfaction.
To sit with the Plot owners association to resolve their problems
Ensuring support to manage regulatory and compliance-related services as per the guidelines of the appropriate authority.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Law, Master of Arts (MA) in Law
LLB/LLM in Law with good academic records.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Must be able to ride a bike and hold a valid driver's license.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
An excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory in reading, writing, and speaking.
Computer literacy is a must.
