Job Description / Responsibility

Selling all residential & commercial plots in Housing projects.
Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right Target Group
Find prospective clients by field visit and online search
Meeting prospective clients and promote projects
Contacting potential and existing customers over phone
Maintain liaison with the clients & follow up on regular basis
Handle every customer efficiently as a consultant and achieve sales target
Prepare effective sales plan within the set budget, targets and deadlines
Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement
Collect the required documents from the prospective customer & update regularly
Prepare daily & monthly sales report & provide feedback to Superior on regular basis
Maintain good relationship with clients
Looking for new customer by lead generation
Should have positive mindset to achieve target on monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly according to marketing plan
Any other tasks assigned by the management

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Must have experience in selling plots in Housing sector, Direct Selling/Marketing Service
Candidates from experience on plot selling Background will get preference
