Job Description / Responsibility
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with real estate developers and construction companies
  • Conduct both field and corporate marketing to source new design projects
  • Promote and present the company’s design services to potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and offer custom design solutions accordingly
  • Meet sales targets through regular client meetings and follow-ups
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about competitor activities
  • Assist in finalizing contracts with clients and prepare necessary documentation

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Bachelor/Honors from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements
  • Field visits required as part of the job.
  • 5 to 7 years or more of practical experience in a developer company
  • Experience in the real estate or design/construction industry is essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the real estate and construction market
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
  • Professional attitude and a team-oriented mindset
