Job Description / Responsibility
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Handle phone calls, emails, and provide accurate information
- Maintain a neat reception area and manage visitor logs
- Support admin tasks, including mail handling, meeting scheduling, and office coordination
- Assist in recruitment support and other tasks assigned by the management
- Help with basic design tasks using Canva or Photoshop
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) for daily documentation and communication
- Assist with client follow-up or telemarketing as part of team support.
- Must be proactive, professional, and able to multitask efficiently
Educational Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali
- Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email handling, and internet browsing
- Basic design skills and familiarity with Photoshop or Canva
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Positive, customer service-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
