Job Description / Responsibility

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Conduct property visits and inspections
Negotiate deals and close sales
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, market trends, and company inventory
Prepare regular sales and client reports
Should be capable to identify new business prospects and convincing prospective clients
To be capable to identify the requirements & expectations of the companies communicated with and to be capable to satisfy all their queries.
The candidate should be capable to build up the rope with the management there
Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
Should develop a marketing strategy to gain a firm position in the existing market
Should keep updates on competitor's products & capabilities leadership & convincing skills
Should be capable of building own sales pipeline, & identify potential clients

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 30 years
MS Office, Basic knowledge on Digital Marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
