Objectives:
Being results oriented sales associate with an exact track record of success in exceeding customer service and sales goals.
Desiring to pursue a leadership position with a growing company.
Being sales professional highly effective at meeting and exceeding sales quotes on consistent basis.
Staying up to date on latest market trends and product changes.

Job Responsibilities:
Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.
Achieving company’s goal through direct Marketing & Sales, Database Marketing and Tele-Marketing.
Creating a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects.
Meeting with interested prospects and customers and offer them project visit.
Communicate with prospects to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Maintaining communication with prospects to provide a home solution.
Ensuring proper sales target is achieved.
Updating working prospect status in a regular base in sales software.
Updating daily activities reports in sales software in regular basis.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors, Masters
Graduate/Post Graduate from any reputed University, Education requirement may be relaxed for outstanding candidates.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years

Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven, have good personality and possess leadership quality.
Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability, Should have strong communication skill.
