Job Description / Responsibility

Suntech Builders Ltd. is a leading real estate development company specializing in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of residential and commercial properties.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Provide market feedback and customer insights to the marketing and development teams.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 30 years
Proven track record in real estate sales, with at least 3 years of experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure sales environments.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
