Job Description / Responsibility

Designing and developing Electrical systems and components for various (residential, commercial & industrial) projects.
Conversant in Electrical load calculation, Electrical equipment and cable sizing, ELV, Substation, generator, internal electrification, BMS system design and their BOQ preparation.
Creating detailed Electrical schematics and drawings using CAD software.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed Electrical designs.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Providing technical support to other team members.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from reputed public/ private university

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

In-depth knowledge of Electrical system design.
Knowledge of codes and industry regulations.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Competency in Microsoft products to prepare reports, schedules, presentation etc.
