Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
RUPAYAN Construction Limited one of the leading national conglomerates of Bangladesh, is engaged in Construction activities in Public & Private sectors. The General Manager, Rupayan Construction Limited (RCL) is responsible for planning, monitoring and implementing construction works both in the Private Sectors i.e. Roads & Highways, Bridges, Fly Over, Airports, Water Supply, Waste Management including all kinds of construction.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, plan and implement business objectives and strategies.
Set ambitious goals for business growth and success.
Oversee daily operations and implement policies and procedures.
Establish appropriate relationships and communication with suppliers and other key people to ensure all materials, supplies, tools, equipment and personnel are for completing project works in time.
Enough experiences on E-Tending, Tender Preparations and Tender Bidding etc.
Maintain close liaison with different Semi Government/ Government Organizations like Army, Navy, Air Force, Rajuk, PWD, PDB, Roads & Highways and Civil Aviation for project purpose.
Report to the Director-Operation (RCL).
Be located at Head Office of the Group but must undertake frequent visit both at Dhaka and outside of Dhaka

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc)
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements

20 to 25 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Job Requirements

Age 45 to 50 years
Must be physically fit.
The eligible candidate should have more than 20 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
