Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for plot sales.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Identify and engage with potential investors, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust business strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with the legal and development teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance for all land transactions.
Conduct site visits with clients and provide expert consultation on property values and investment potential.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including brokers, agents, and partners.
Train, mentor, and motivate junior staff for career growth and performance excellence.
