Job Description / Responsibility

Improve end product quality by monitoring, maintaining buyers' requirements and SOP for all steps in process, also provide and communicate for technical support.
Keep quality assurance department operational successfully for achieving best quality product as per buyers' requirement.
Provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable in order to achieve customers' quality standard.
Take full responsibility for quality assurance through the entire manufacturing process including raw material for garments, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
Analyze data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expected from finished product.
Review output against the sample / instruction / requirement. Follow up output garment measurement report.
Take necessary action / inform the authority if any discrepancies found.Finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team.
Participate in claim meetings and take necessary action to deliver quality products.
Getting successful inspection done at various stages of Production
Also any other task assigned by management.
