Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented individual to lead our merchandising department as Director/ GM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sweater industry, a proven ability to cultivate and manage relationships with direct buyers at a senior level, and a strategic mindset to drive significant business growth. This role requires the ability to develop and execute merchandising strategies, lead a team, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

Experience Requirements

At least 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sweater Industry, Dyeing Factory

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 35 years
Comprehensive understanding of advanced sweater knitting techniques using modern computerized machines and production processes.
A strong network of direct buyers in the sweater industry.
In-depth and current knowledge of yarn, costing methodologies, and price range strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic merchandising plans.
Must possess exceptional presentation and negotiation skills to effectively represent the company to buyers at senior levels, both domestically and internationally.
Must be able to handle large volumes of order
