Job Description / Responsibility

Assist in sample development from concept to final prototype, ensuring design accuracy and brand aesthetics.
Work closely with the design team to understand style specifications, fit, and wash developments for denim products.
Coordinate with factories and vendors for production follow-up to meet quality and timeline targets.
Source and develop suitable trims and accessories (e.g., buttons, rivets, labels) aligned with design briefs.
Identify and source denim and non-denim fabrics, evaluating quality, cost, and lead time.
Maintain up-to-date records of all samples, materials, and development processes.
Liaise with merchandising, QA, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of each stage from development to production.
Support in creating technical packs, BOMs, and sample trackers.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion Design, or related discipline.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 29 years
1-2 years of relevant experience in apparel product development, preferably in denim or bottoms.
Basic understanding of fabric construction, garment detailing, and production techniques.
Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus.
Passion for fashion, denim innovation, and emerging trends.
