Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee the entire production process for knit garments, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to production teams.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and conduct regular quality audits.
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product feasibility and consistency.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure accessibility.
Train and develop production staff on technical procedures and machinery operation.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Evaluate and manage suppliers and vendors for materials and machinery.
Monitor and control production costs, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years

Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years
Strong knowledge of Lingerie garment (Boxer, Brief, Panty, Bra, Swimwear, Sportswear) production processes, and quality control techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in technical processes and quality control.
Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
