We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Assistant Fashion Designer with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for market trends. This role requires expertise in designing blazers, gowns, wedding wear, and children's clothing while staying ahead of evolving fashion influences.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research on market trends, analyzing new fabrics, colors, silhouettes, fits, and washes to create trend-forward designs.
Develop hand-drawn sketches, flat patterns, technical drawings, and concept boards to effectively communicate seasonal directions.
Select and curate textiles, colors, graphics/prints, materials, fits, and trims, ensuring the development of best-selling styles.
Apply garment pattern-making and garment-fitting techniques to ensure high-quality construction.
Lead independent design projects, crafting dresses and various children's clothing items that align with brand vision.
Utilize extensive knowledge of fabric types and sources to enhance design and product development.
Incorporate design motifs, graphics, embroidery stitch details, and print variations to create distinctive and aesthetically appealing clothing.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of design elements from concept to final product.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Fashion Design & Technology or related subject.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store, Garments, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Must be expert in operating different Fashion Designing related softwares.
