Job Description / Responsibility

Spearhead research and innovation to enhance washing techniques, improving product quality and efficiency.
Design and conduct experiments to develop new washing processes and optimize existing ones.
Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot complex issues in the washing process to ensure seamless operations.
Champion sustainability by ensuring washing processes comply with environmental and industry standards (e.g., ZDHC).
Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and compliance teams to align R&D with business goals.
Mentor and train team members to build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
10 to 15 years of progressive experience in washing R&D within the denim or textile industry.
Proven track record of leading innovative washing process development.
Expertise in washing techniques, chemical formulations, and process optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainability.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
Relevant training or certifications in washing processes or sustainability.
