PE / IE Officer (Production)

Job Description / Responsibility

Arrange technical and pre-production meetings with the production and quality team before new styles/input are given in line.
Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities
Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations
Perform any other task as assigned by the superior. Supervise all mechanical troubleshooting work.
Monitoring daily lost time & charge back report, and preparing monthly summary for sharing with the department head.
Preparing monthly section-wise target vs achievement report & KPI.
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process, from fabric inspection to finished goods.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Textile, Automobile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
Must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Power Point & Excel work.
