Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Merchandiser to join our Merchandising Department, primarily handling H&M (Non-Denim) accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
To manage the complete merchandising cycle for H&M Non-Denim styles—from development to shipment
To understand and interpret buyer requirements, tech packs, and deliver accurate product development
To maintain strong communication with buyers, ensuring timely feedback, sample approval, and order confirmation
To work closely with production, planning, QA, and commercial teams to ensure smooth order execution
To handle costing, price negotiation, and order follow-ups
To lead junior merchandisers and ensure team deliverables are met
To conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers, factories, and buying offices
To ensure quality standards and buyer compliance throughout the process

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments

Additional Job Requirements

In-depth knowledge of H&M (Non-Denim) requirements, compliance & SOPs
Strong product knowledge in woven garments
Excellent negotiation, costing, and vendor management skills
Efficient in T&A planning and execution
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and email correspondence
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and lead a small team
Attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
